    Made It in Time for Installation

    I contacted customer service before ordering because we already had our electrician scheduled for 2nd. They gave us an estimated delivery window of 5th, and thankfully it arrived 1st, so we didn't have to reschedule the installation.

    Glad the Chains Could Be Shortened

    Our ceiling isn't especially high, so the hanging height was something I checked before buying. The adjustable chains gave us room to bring the fixture up instead of having it sit too close to the table. The 35" size feels substantial without making the dining room feel lower.

    The Size Worked With Our Long Table

    Our dining table is pretty long, so I wasn't sure if the 35.4" light would feel too small above it. I checked the measurements before ordering and the size ended up working well for the space. It gives us plenty to look at without hanging over the edges of the table.

    Replacement Was Easier Than Returning Everything

    One of the stone panels arrived damaged, so I sent customer service a couple photos of the piece. They arranged a replacement within 5days, and I was glad we didn't have to pack up and return the entire fixture.
