I bought this side table mainly to place next to my sofa, and after setting it up, I found that the height works really well with my couch. When I’m sitting down, it’s convenient to reach for a cup, remote, or book without having to lean too far. The dark wood tone and fluted texture give it a nice, refined look, and it blends into my living room naturally. The round tabletop also makes it feel easy to place in the space without looking bulky.

After the order shipped, the Houlte customer service team promptly sent me the tracking information, which made it easy to follow the delivery status. Once the package arrived, they also checked in to ask whether the box or the product inside had any damage, and reminded me to take photos and contact them right away if there were any issues. That kind of follow-up made me feel well taken care of. Throughout the whole process, the customer service team was responsive and helpful, which gave me more confidence in the purchase.

After receiving this side table, I found the assembly much easier than I expected. It took about 5 minutes to put together. The base does not come as one complete piece. Instead, you first assemble the three separate round columns into one base, and then attach that completed base to the underside of the tabletop. The instructions were clear, and I think one person can handle it without much trouble. Once assembled, the table looks very stylish. The round top and three-column base make it feel more unique than a standard side table.

The espresso wood tone looks great in our dining area. It pairs well with light-colored walls and wood flooring without feeling too heavy. The fluted base adds a nice design detail, but the overall style still feels simple and easy to match.

The table arrived in two packages: one had the tabletop, and the other had the base. The base is not one solid piece; it is made of three columns that need to be assembled together first before attaching the tabletop. The steps were not complicated, and it took me about 20 minutes to finish the setup.

Customer service reminded me to measure the doorway and dining area before delivery since the table is fairly large. After setting it up, the 54-inch size worked well with four chairs around it. The communication was clear, and the table fits our dining space nicely.
