SHIPPING GUIDE

Our rapid growth aligns with our commitment to enhancing your shopping experience. To ensure you receive your furniture quickly and efficiently, we have established two strategic warehouses on the East Coast and West Coast of the United States. This allows us to deliver your products faster and more effectively. We not only offer free ocean shipping, but we also cover import duties for our customers.

To provide a better shopping experience, our bi-coastal warehouses significantly reduce operational time from container unloading to storage. This allows us to cut logistics costs and offer free and fast delivery. It means that every time you shop with us, you can enjoy a seamless and reliable delivery service.

Shipping Guidelines

Free Standard Shipping
Your items will be delivered by courier (such as UPS or FedEx) to your front door, with no signature required. These items may require self-assembly. Once your order ships, we will notify you by email. Please be sure to monitor your email and tracking updates to ensure you receive your delivery.

Free Threshold Delivery
If you select threshold delivery, your items will remain in their original packaging and be placed on the ground floor of your home, entryway, or first dry area (such as a garage, front porch, or lobby). For apartment buildings, items will be placed at your unit door, the building lobby, or property office. Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign, confirming that the items have been received, inspected, and are in good condition.
Please note: This service does not include assembly, installation, or packaging removal.

You are responsible for moving the furniture from the drop-off area into your home. You are also responsible for assembly, placement, unpacking, and clean-up of all packaging materials. Any damage incurred while moving or assembling the furniture will be your responsibility.
