This is a gorgeous chandelier. Compared to other chandeliers, it was easier to assemble since the crystals are all connected already and you just drop them into the slots, so you don't have to fiddle with hooks and wires at all.While the contents had shifted in transit, none of our crystals were broken. But there was an extra of each size just in case.Hint: when installing the crystals on the inner ring, start by putting a short one where one of the cables is, and continue the ABCBABCB pattern around, and they will line up right. A tall one won't stand straight in that slot.I didn't have trouble getting them to stand up straight (as long as you don't bonk the whole think while moving your tree around)It is beautiful with a dimmer.

This is one of the overall higher quality lights I have installed out of many. Assembly was easier than I thought for the light part, but tedious and time consuming for the crystals. There are 140 crystals and you have to hang each by hand. They hang by gravity and are hard to get exactly perpendicular, although mine is high up so it is not noticeable. This is very heavy so make sure your ceiling box can support it. NOTE: there are twice as many medium crystals as small and large so you can't do a symmetrical patter. I did Large, medium, small, medium and it looked nice. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced.
