    Got Here Before the Electrician Came

    We were already halfway through our renovation when I ordered this, so timing mattered quite a bit. I gave customer service the date our electrician was coming and they gave me a realistic delivery estimate. It arrived a few days before installation, so we didn't have to move anything around.

    The Warmth Is More Natural in Person

    I was a little concerned that the light would look too yellow after seeing the product photos online. In our dining room it comes across much softer and more natural, especially in the evening. We usually leave it on through dinner and don't feel like it's overly bright.

    Right Size for Our Long Dining Table

    Our dining table is about 8 feet long and I wasn't sure if the 27.5" light would look too small over it. I sent customer service the table size and our ceiling height before ordering, and they said this size should work. Now that it's up, the proportions feel right and it doesn't take over the whole room.

    One Marble Piece Arrived Cracked

    One of the marble panels had a crack when we opened the box, probably from shipping. I sent a photo to customer service and they arranged a replacement piece without making us return the whole chandelier. A little inconvenient, but they handled it pretty quickly.

    The Stone Looks Better With the Light On

    The marble has a lot more variation in person than I expected, and no two pieces look exactly the same. Once it's on, some of the lighter areas let more light through and the darker sections stay more defined. The light itself is soft enough that we don't find it harsh during dinner.
