    Three Were Enough for Our Kitchen Counter

    We used three over a counter that's roughly 9 feet long and asked about the hanging height before ordering. Customer service explained that the cords could be adjusted, so our electrician staggered them slightly and kept the lowest one high enough that nobody bumps into it. The spacing feels good and we get light all the way down the counter.

    One Stone Piece Had a Small Chip

    One of the stone pieces had a chip along the edge when we unpacked it. I emailed a couple photos and customer service arranged a replacement without asking us to send the entire pendant back. The replacement arrived fine and we were able to finish the installation.

    Five Worked Well Across Our Home Bar

    Our bar counter is pretty long, so I wasn't sure how many pendants we would need without making it feel crowded. I sent Houlte the counter measurements and ceiling height and ended up going with five. At night they give us plenty of light across the counter, but it still feels relaxed when we're sitting there with friends.

    Soft Enough for Evening Use

    The light coming through the stone is softer than I expected and doesn't feel harsh when you're sitting underneath it. You can still see the darker veining once it's turned on, especially in the evening. We usually leave these on after dinner instead of all the recessed lights.

    Made It in Time for the Electrician

    I emailed before ordering because we only had about two weeks before the electrician was coming back to finish our kitchen. Customer service gave me an estimated delivery window and the pendants showed up before our appointment. Didn't have to change the install date, so that worked out well.
